Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You can change or cancel an item or your entire order before 5:00 PM on the previous day of delivery.

To modify or cancel your order, please contact us at +919034051046 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and mention your name and requested changes. You may also manage your order through our website or mobile app. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Return Policy – 2 Days

We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase

  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Damages or Issues

Since our products are perishable, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or spoiled item, please inform us within 24 hours with a photo or video proof so we can issue a replacement or refund. Delays in reporting may disqualify your request.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (milk, ghee) unless damaged/spoiled

  • Customized orders

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific item, contact our support team.

 

Exchanges

To get a different item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the incorrect item (if applicable)

  2. Placing a new order for the correct one after approval

We’ll process the new order once your return is accepted.

 

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only offered under special circumstances (damaged/spoiled product, wrong delivery, etc.).

Refund requests are reviewed internally and must meet all conditions:

  • Product must not be used or tampered with

  • Proof of issue must be provided within 24 hours

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Conditions for Refund

Milk Unfit for Consumption

We deliver fresh milk with no preservatives or additives. If temperature control fails at our end and the milk turns sour on the day of delivery, you are eligible for a refund. We may collect the sour pack for verification.

 

Incorrect Delivery

If you have informed us in advance and still receive a delivery, you are eligible for a refund. Refusing delivery without prior notice does not qualify for a refund.

 

Refusal / Late Cancellation

If you cancel after 5:00 PM or refuse delivery without advance notice, full charges still apply.

 

Missed Delivery

If your milk is not delivered, please notify us before 1:00 PM the same day so we can resolve it. Complaints after this time may not be accepted.
